• Please be considerate of other guests by keeping noise levels down, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Lock Doors: Always lock your apartment door when entering or
leaving.
• Valuables: Store valuables in the in-room safe or with our front
desk.
• Emergency: In case of emergencies, please contact the front desk
immediately.
Apartment Appliances and Amenities
• Kitchen: For guests with kitchens, please clean up after use. Be
cautious when using kitchen appliances.
• CLaundry: Laundry facilities are available. Instructions are
provided for use. Please use responsibly.
Non-Smoking Policy
• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.
Guests and Visitors
• All visitors coming to see lodgers must register with security
upon arrival.
• For security, please inform the front desk of any visitors.
• Overnight guests are not permitted unless previously arranged with management.
Waste Disposal
• Dispose of waste in designated bins. We encourage you to participate in our recycling efforts by separating recyclables.
Parking
• Parking is available for registered guests. Use only assigned parking spaces, and do not block other vehicles.
